BX Movement Private Sessions blend the foundational principles of Mat Pilates with the strength, resistance, and support of the reformer.
This hybrid approach allows you to develop deep core awareness, control, and alignment through matwork while building strength and confidence using the reformer. The result is intentional, balanced movement that supports long-term progress and sustainable strength.
Sessions are delivered in a quiet private studio setting, allowing space to focus, learn, and move at your own pace.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking for a highly personalised experience to support your progress, injury rehabilitation, or pregnancy, sessions are tailored specifically to your body, goals, and movement history.
Every BX Movement session is thoughtfully structured and tailored to you.
Sessions may include:
• Foundational Mat Pilates to build control and awareness
• Reformer exercises for strength, resistance, and support
• Intentional sequencing designed for your goals
• Movement education to help you understand your body
• Progress tracking to support long-term development
The goal is not just to complete exercises, but to help you move with greater strength, confidence, and understanding.

Seeking a premium, individualised Pilates experience
Your first sessions focus on understanding how your body moves, establishing strong foundations, and building a program designed to support your progress over time.
*Pregnancy sessions require medical clearance from your healthcare provider and are suitable for clients who had an established Pilates practice prior to pregnancy.

A fully personalised Pilates session designed around your goals, movement needs, and experience. New client sessions include 15-minute consultation and introduction to Pilates principles.
New Clients: 60 minutes - $100
Returning Clients: 45 minutes - $70

Train alongside a friend, partner, or family member while still receiving individual guidance and personalised programming. Duet sessions rotate between reformer and matwork. New client sessions include 15-minute consultation and introduction to Pilates principles.
New Clients: 60 minutes - $150 total ($75 per person)
Returning Clients: 45 minutes - $100 ($50 per person)

1:1 Private Intro Pack - 3 sessions for $200 (save $40): Designed to build your foundation and create a personalised movement plan.
2:1 Duet Intro Pack - 3 sessions for $150 per person, $300 total (save $50 together): Perfect for friends or partners starting their Pilates journey together.
